The Nice264 Enterprise Edition is a scalable end-to-end Internet video distribution system, architected and built to operate greatly on your own dedicated hardware. It can be configured to run all tasks and functions in one single computer or to distribute the load across a cloud or a cluster.

The system is built from components, each of which performs a specific set of tasks within the video distribution lifecycle, such as the video ingestion, the encoding/transcoding, the streaming, the playback, the monitoring, etc. During setup time or at any later point in time, these components can be individually scaled according to demand in order to best adjust available resources to the real system needs.
