Our range of products will cover all relevant aspects of the Internet video distribution. We manage the end-to-end video distribution lifecycle: content planning and acquisition, high volume ingestion, metadata management, encoding/transcoding, content protection, delivery management, playback to multiple devices, reporting and tracking, and monetization.
At the center of our solutions resides the Nice264 transcoding engine, which can optimize it's settings to deliver the best percieved audiovisual quality at a given bitrate. The transcoder has already processed hundreds of millions of minutes of very diverse broadcast and user-generated content and it is constantly tweaked to support more and more audio and video formats.
Media ingestion
We manage media ingestion in multiple ways, from a simple manual http upload, to fully automated massive webservice-based pull or push schemes. Ingested media can be automatically queued up for further processing and priorized based on a flexible rule system.
Encoding and transcoding
While we prefer to encode video with our own Nice264 transcoder, our architecture and solutions are capable to integrate and manage other encoding engines such as those provided by On2, or Adobe.
Delivery
Our delivery solutions deliver performance comparable to a CDN, yet at a greatly reduced cost of operation and cost of ownership. Our delivery systems have been architected to scale to the highest levels and to be able to operate under a 24x7x365 using commodity hardware and a scale-out strategy.
